Shandee loves this woman's hair. She asked me to do it to hers. I said "Honey, she has a little curl to here hair and yours is straight as a board. It won't do that!"

Renaissance Festival

Shandee went to the Renaissance Festival today, in Conroe, with the school. The school took the children that had less than 7 conduct marks since school started. She really liked it and said that the people talked funny.

Shandee helped me with these. She didn't want to do anything with them at first, but when she saw how nice they were turning out, then she wanted right in the middle of it!!!

I had a lot of fun sewing this. I thought it was going to be hard. The hardest thing was putting in the zipper.
(I've never put in a zipper.)

I think our pumpkins are prettier than in the book. We worked long hours on them.
The glitter was very very messy and I think next time, that job will be done outside, instead of in the kitchen.
